Slowy, I agree !
I know I have bagged a little, purely as a typical supporter thinking wtf are you doing at that stage of a game but overall he's brilliant.
As I said, he loves our game and his heart was/is 110% in it.
Like I've quoted I reckon the employer has caused this more than anything else.
A article just out that who's to know its all accurate but it has some good points......

He will regret not being there for sure in hindsight one day.
This is like stepping down from a plumb drive at Bathurst - or a debut in F1 for eg.
The stubbornness as quoted maybe part issue at hand as well.
