I suppose some of you are Fox subscribers - many Classic supercar races etc to watch from time to time, I sprung onto Lakeside '98 round with the Bowy DJ Shell Falcons starting from the front row followed by Perkins/Ingall Castrol VS's and Longhurst's Castrol Falcon Bright Pirtek ....and the many Privateers of the time.
    Forbes,Mezera,Faulkner etcetc.........

They had some of these racing at the GP. Its a formula coming back so it seems. The cars have to be genuine.

They are all on track at the same time so you have your classes.

I don't know what to think about it to be honest.

    Yes nailed it.

Maybe it was that sort of weekend, maybe it was the disappointment of the F1 show, the hole thing felt flat and that extended to these guys too and I pretty much grew up with these cars.

The two Nissans put on a bit of a show out from but it really just seemed to be a parade of the good ol days just moving a but faster than parade pace.

Will need to reserve judgment about this one. I know some don't like what TCM have done with rules, but I think it makes it a better spectacle.

Lets put it another way. Right now I would pay money to see TCM and I wouldn't to see this class.

I just didn't get excited or feel much seeing these racing again. Maybe it was the track or something but it doesn't sound good that we shared the exact same reaction.

Not so great times being a Ford supporter at times - I followed Moff in the rice burner and I did like the jps bimma.
The xd xe's looked so bloody mad though - loved the flared gaurds, huge tyres so tuff !
Loved the mountain as it once was.
