Looks like a BBQ on the back
If anyone has been out my way, you might have come across this odd looking shack thing on Melbourne-Lancefield Rd in Monegeetta North:
Apparently it was a hotel between 1862-1896, someone pulled off the weatherboards and put up that odd tin stuff between 1968-1976, then it was herritage listed and now all it does is store hay.
I was talking to the person responsible for herritage listing that building years ago, he says he made a mistake because maybe if they didn't do that, someone could have restored it to what it looked like in the 1800s and used it as an old school pub with its dirt floor etc.
"Odd tin stuff"...
LOL showing your age Damo...

Further on this... It's spotless that has the supply contract and we are now up to 370k in air freight costs. Apparently spotless were just told it had to be delivered on time, regardless of cost. All costs are passed onto the final customer. The ADF.
BEcause I'm sure all the soldiers in Darwin are hanging out for their 1500 queen size quilts... Amongst other bedding lol.

Perth people purchased more than 800 kilograms of sugar and more than 950 kilograms of fat when doughnut chain Krispy Kreme opened its first local store on Wednesday.
A spokesperson for the new store at Whitford City said 73,200 doughnuts were sold on the first day, making it the most successful Krispy Kreme launch since the company was founded in 1937.
The nutritional information available on the Krispy Kreme website stated that each "original glazed" treat contained 11 grams of sugar and 13 grams of fat, more than half of which is saturated fat.
The "choc iced creme filled" doughnut is even higher, with 28 grams of sugar and more than 20 grams of fat per serve.
Whether you were excited or disgusted about the launch, one thing is for sure – the company raked in the dough.
"We are absolutely thrilled and humbled by the show of support from the Perth community," chief executive Andrew McGuigan said.
"I want to thank everyone who participated in the day, especially those who patiently queued for so long to pick-up orders for family and friends."
It seems the queues lasted well into the night, with social media users complaining about traffic jams on Whitfords Avenue in Hillarys.
Are they in 7/11 shops like they are here in Melbourne? I thought they went broke a while back?
Pretty good effort.
