    Despite the unemployment statistics, application numbers for new position are surprising low for local skilled professionals. Lots of applicants applying from overseas however.

    Yeah it's pretty good.
    Needs a few minor things done but it's so unmolested.

    Goes back into the workshop next week to get a oil leak fixed that was supposed to be done before I got it, other than that it's just usual old car stuff.
