Is its just me or does this car feel a little outdated. We have been waiting so long for it, but everytime I look at it, especially the rear, i think to myself gezz that looks like the old one.

I hope Ford don't think that they will sell this car based on equipment alone. The old model was very well equipped especially in the Titanium variant / XR5T but that did nothing to aid sales.

Pitty it wasn't here 18 months ago, but anyways.

I agree with you dude, its been out in Europe for so long thats its not really new anymore, its already 3 or so years old.

Diesel engine is still the same old recycled PSA 2L engine that my Focus has, which is why I see it as over priced, its not good enough by todays standards.

Yer well I know what your saying Dash - the market does like this type of transport though as proven by Mazda6 sedan/wagons - hundai i40 wagon has been a dog seller for them so hopefully Mondeo Wagon can gain some of those possible sales who knows.
It does look good from the front, the general volume sellers seems to be path of the course nowadays by car designers, one end always looks better than other.
Be great one day they find a balance.
