    MotoGP 2018

Well, only for us Foxtel subscribers
I know VZTRT watchs, how was last night !
Love seeing Rossi at 36 still amongst the young un's !
Silverstone last night, classified as a dry race during warm up lap rain came, luckily all riders went to the pits to 2nd bikes being prepped for wet, being that no rider went to their grid position for start it was red flagged for having 20+ starting from Pit Lane would have been mayhem.
The rain as always makes for spoilers and a level playing field and that it did.
Rossi didn't quali well, still 2nd row but off the pace set by Marquez/Lorenso.
    Rain sorted them out.
Rossi Lorenso at start were level on top of the points ladder so much to lose considering the conditions, Honda Duke riders nothing to lose.
Rossi, the experienced Champ he is got to the front and ran away from them all, was great to see !
Enjoying the championship very much, then again I have always.
YNWA ! off to CL 2018.
Sydney is Sky Blue HAL Premiers/Champions 2017 - the Double.

Ch 10 doesn't advertise it much but in its some the best racing you'll watch all year.

Was a good race. Pitty about Miller but I still think he should have run Moto 2.

Hopefully the rest of the season stays this close....least you know the racing will be.

Agree re Miller, went up too soon in the main game.
He was stonking it in the wet, from 16th to 7th within a number of laps, his dive on his team mate was amatuer, no room at all but went for it, a 250 move, real shame, impatience, Crutchlow would have been livid ! taking out your own team mate hehe.......
Well with Marquez dumping it its a Yamaha fight for the championship no doubt.

I love it when your seeing 4 bikes fighting it out like that especially at PI.
    Awesum.
Iannone's passing move taking 2 places was epic to watch.
Damn fairy tale if Rossi wins the Championship at his age.

Well, he's at the mercy of the race directors after todays race.

the last few races have seen some fantastic scraps, and the first 6 laps today was no exception, but then it looks for all the world that Rossi ran Marquez off the track causing him to crash. Rossi claims he was only trying to maximise his exit speed whilst knowing it would slow Marquez, but that he didn't intend for him to crash.

    hehe, nothing like controversy.
I really don't think he ran marquez off, sure he tried to hang him out to dry keeping him wide but I reckon marquez turned in and blew it.
Rossi's penalty is starting from back of the grid next last race
Rossi’s Yamaha team are appealing the decision from Race Direction.

There is no confirmation if any sanction was given to Marquez over his role in the events that led up to the incident.

It is understood that the man himself left the circuit immediately after the hearing, electing not to face the post-race press conference that was postponed until after the hearing.

Should Lorenzo win the Valencia decider, Rossi would need to finish second to beat him to the title. Starting from the rear of the grid would make that a seemingly impossible task.

Marquez was riding dirty, he was absolutley trying to slow his pace before. Rossi would have been fine and I think Marquez still would haves dropped the bike even without the knee out.

But he put his knee out to push him off him and even if it wasn't his intention, he still fell.

Lorenzo going public saying the punishment isn't enough, stinks. Has nothing to do with him... MotoGP has turned into the nations cup. I wonder if Rossi will send Iannone after Marquez.

Congrats to Pedrosa. After a big year he seems to be getting back into the swing of it.
