There are plenty Mk3's with Windsors in them, mine was a 3.3ltr with a 3 on the floor, I had a drag once with a bloke in a V8 Torana, I blew him away, I pulled away in 2nd gear, I could hear him revving its tits off trying to catch me - LOL

In NZ we got the Tinas from the UK.

You guys got your own with what was more or less with Falcon suspension....
Hence the falcon engines as an answer to 6cyl commodore and Chrysler centaurs ?

The only thing Falcon about them was the engine and gearbox. They may have done some upgrades but didn't have any Falcon chassis parts.

Yes there was a Ford Racing team using Cortinas, even Moff was involved I think.
The ones I'm talking about may have been Sports Sedans, I'm sure I recall seeing them at Oran Park.
YNWA ! off to CL 2018.
Sydney is Sky Blue HAL Premiers/Champions 2017 - the Double.

This was our long weekend. Bloody loved it.
Even though first night we had a baby screaming it's lungs out half the night, and second night we had dingoes howling (now isn't that a creepy damned sound)... If only the dingoes had come a night earlier they could have sorted the baby problem for us.

That's the view we had from our campsite

Weather was a bit soggy the second morning but we were well set and really didn't care haha

    Nice. Looks just the ticket.

Problem with having a large tent I need to find places that have large sites and that I can park next to. Keen to go away again next school holidays but middle of winter might test our resolve.

Upper wishbone similar style to Falcons, but nothing like them. And 4 stud wheels instead of the Falcon's 5.

This camp (lake cressbrook) had plenty big enough sites, the only downside is if you want to be close to your car then your jammed in with the rabble haha.
Or in the motor home area with all the motels on wheels
We are in the midst of planning the next camp, with some less popular sites in mind.

Had a goanna regularly passing through our site, guess we were in the middle of his afternoon stroll.
Didn't see or hear of any snakes until we were packing up when we heard a bit of commotion. Turns out there was a fairly healthy sized brown snake chilling behind the young kids in the site down the hill from us.
