Sprint 6 at Shannons Nationals Production car class.

Apparently the Sprint 6 made its Debut at Phillip island on the weekend in the Production class and got pole position in class C!!

Race result wasn't what they wanted with a drive through penalty but great first up effort.

Heres a bit more on the Class C I6T.
the Karadimas Motorsport Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo – which over the off-season has been upgraded to the latest Sprint package specifications. That means bigger brakes on the front and rear, a bigger turbo, bigger intercooler, more boost and much bigger wheels which should deliver a more competitive package overall for the likeable Victorian racer, who will be joined at the wheel this season by Geoff Russell – father of well-known racing identity David Russell.

I have had some interest over the years as Trevor here more so has known the Pedder sponsered T86 of Grant Phillips.
I have known him through business for quite a while - nice guy.
Works a very good Pedder franchise as well as working hard for his passion here regards to racing.
YNWA ! off to CL 2018.

Yep. I believe the upgrade from XR6T to XR6T Sprint specification has neted them about 4 seconds a lap improvement over the existing setup.

    That's massive.

    Wow god yer, huge improvement.
Shows having bigger anchors, more powa and larger foot print always helps our large Falcons racing.
The tyre wheel combo certainly looks FAT and balanced
