    Focus RS Limited Edition announced.

    https://www.wheelsmag.com.au/news/17...-for-australia

FORD has confirmed that it will be bringing a limited edition of its Focus RS hot hatch to Australia.

A batch of 500 Focus RS Limited Edition models will arrive here in November wearing a $56,990 price tag; $6000 more than the Focus RS.

    The extra bucks bring:

    - Quaife limited-slip front differential
    - Performance Wheel Pack including 19-inch forged alloy wheels with 253/35R19 Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres (valued at $3500).
    - Active City Stop (Autonomous Emergency Braking)
    - Recaro shell seats with exclusive Nitrous Blue leather application
    - Nitrous prestige paint
    - Rear hatch-mounted spoiler, mirror caps, and roof finished in Absolute Black
    - Privacy glass
Nice special, shame its the end of RS though, such short lived model.

The plan, don't give customers choice but Pony ?
The euro's love hot hatchs, they lose this customer, hard to turn them back.

I really don't understand why RS is finishing up.

    It makes no sense.

2023/4 makes even less sense for an update.

Buyers would of all moved on by 2023.

Really does not make any sense.

Would of loved to see a new RS500 to keep the RS model alive until the next model.

I tell you what i have noticed with RS.

A very large % are owned by middle aged women.

I'd guess nearly 33-40% of all RS's i've seen are driven by 40-50 something women.

If Ford have done one thing right with RS and Mustang its get women into them.
