Maybe the telltale is in the sales figures, the last few months have seen a significant
reduction in actual sales even with plenty of stock, we should know pretty soon if
sales keep easing back as we go into October and November..

I think there's a lot of registered demos and Ford lease cars in those numbers post April.

Ford now allow staff to lease Mustang which will now start to account for the large number of low K cars getting turned over.

Seriously Norm you have to get over that Mustang is quite successful, far more so than the GT ever was and that "the people want a large 4 door performance car" does not represent anything close to a large group.

The down sales post June is obvious EOFY.

I'm not that fussed overall on the subject tbh, not interested in another new one for now personally but I'm more keen to see what unit sales are like in another 2-3yrs.
MY18 will have a spike as any new sports car would but overall in the big picture I just don't see good consistent units sales carry on and on depending on circumstances.
Right now for eg, A$ @ .80c and looking on the up.
YNWA ! off to CL 2018.

I have a number of car dealers that offer quite a large range of marques and Jul/Aug are sucky for everything.

prob because most brands offer good EOFY savings, so most make the purchases in June?
