that's just a blog but there is a link to the relevant qld rules at the bottom.

i do have a switch wired up from when i had it on my falcon, so just a matter of routing it through somehow. cheers for the heads up.

We just ran it through the rubber boot around the steering arm on mine for memory, then Silastic it up.

I need to run wiring for a brake controller and Anderson plug as well so will try to use the main loom grommet in the inner guard.

    lightbar switch mounted.

went through the main loom grommet behind the inner guard in the A pillar. there is a hole in the front guard down beside the battery where some of the factory loom goes, so just tied it all to that and followed it through.

meanwhile i went and bought this

$20 from BCF (discontinued product). not quite what i was after. was trying to find something that had big enough sections (or no sections) to fit my towing mirrors in, and you can just see the handle of my californian car duster, which also doesn't quite fit in the middle section.

for $20 bucks though, i figured it would do for now. i take a back pack to work which sits on the bench near me (i'm a printer, bag gets a bit dirty from dust and powder etc) so now i can just chuck that in one end as well. previously i had an old bed sheet spread out to stop getting the carpet dirty.

You won't need towing mirrors with the Tez

Van is 2200 wide. Territory is about the same including mirrors. Technically that means I won't be able to see down the whole side of the van which legally you have to. I guess it will become clearer once I hook it up the first time. Probably never get pinged for it here but if I ever cross the border into Vic I don't think I'd take the chance.
