It all depends on whether the principles of the contract are lawful in the first place. But being America's oddball civil law system, he'll probably have to pay a settlment of $655 million and not be allowed to buy a car for 100 years

Well, its not the ol days when corporate muscle could squash or scare off the consumer.
In some case's there are grounds for but as a consumer who are they or any brand to tell you what you can do with Your property.
Blackmail leveraging, who's to say this guy would have endorsed the GT over the 2yrs of ownership in the first place.
Fecking playing with the system - I'm not a fan of it tbh, imo the fan base this guy would have (I'm no WWE follower or whatever) that I expect due to the countless simpletons who get into this show/act IF Ford do win the case or get any gain would not be great "word of mouth" in the free market imo.
Why don't Ford worry more about getting their product better for Export markets etcetc and farfar more important things where competitors kick their butts.
    Sorry Ian/Norm
YNWA ! off to CL 2018.

I dont know, i'm seeing a grudge match one night on SMACKDOWN.

Cena enters the Arena in a Chev Pickup, parks it, hops out into the ring.

Rock comes crashing through the stage entrance in a 150 Raptor (Miami Powered), drives it over the Chev coming to a stop on top of it.

Rock gets out, looks around, (can't see Cena initially)..

Get in the ring, finds Cena, lays the peoples smack down on him.

Drives off with Blue Oval flags flying...

If you smell what i'm cookin Maurie.....

It's funny, this is what I was thinking earlier. The whole thing smells of a Kardashian-like contrivance. He surely would have known when he took delivery of the car he would have been in dire financial straits - he could have reneged on the purchase instead of flipping it a month later...but that's not how publicity works is it!

He sold it for a significant profit didn't he? I wonder if ford would have let it slide if he hadn't made money off it.
