Do GM only sponser T8 ?
Surely they are doing some supply agreements or fundings through other means to the other teams ? maybe not all but most no ?
I'll have to ask someone I know.

Overall hope this isn't fake news lol......

    GM don't sponsor anyone.

    Holden only sponsor RBR.

It wouldn't surprise me though if Andretti/Walkishaw were talking to GM in the background....

Talks probably have already started late last year before the Andretti/walkishaw signed contracts.

GM vs Holden. maybe RBR are backing the wrong manufacturer

Under RBR the holden teams are very likely to fragment IMO.
No one would want their biggest competitor to have a controlling position that can influence their ability to compete. During the 2019 season, I suspect we will see some of the current Holden key players seeking alternatives when the rules change. A GM backed Camaro appears to be the most likely option, or even another manufacture. Ford's actions (or lack of) are allowing everyone else to catch up which is dissapointing.

Buy a higher km, or accident damaged but fixable Eco-boost. Take the 4 pot out and fit a turbo Barra.

2019 looks to be a very interesting year.

I think you may see holden do a backflip on the compulsory V6TT engine. If all other holden teams want to run the V8 engine, redbull will be the only ones left with the V6TT plant.
