Defective's luxobarge
Well, with my savings now going towards a new fh sometime in 2015/2016 I needed to find something that will last me long term, and be nice and reliable.
So I decided a nice b series ute was what I wanted, looked at a few, its amazing how cheap they are now, cheaper than a lot of au xr utes lol
So after umm ing and ahhing over lots of different cars I put down a deposit on this yesterday

hopefully pick it up early next week once the funds free up.
Have to admit ive never liked the au lanes but the exhaust note on this got me all gooey...
Immediate place are lowering, tint and a damn good clean
It's done roughly 190 Kay's, interior wise its got black leather, kenwood 6 disc indash cd/DVD player with head rest monitors
Looks like a stock wheezer with a very new looking exhaust set up, with hpc'd pacemakers. Easily the best sounding stock wheezer I've heard.

Great value for money really. She looks very tidy to. Congratulations.

Thanks, I ended up paying a fair amount less than what's on the windscreen driveaway, so I'm happy.
I realise price wise its probably too much considering what these go for privately, but its got 90% of everything I'd end up doing anyway, so a little extra on purchase should save me further down the track.
Just hate waiting on banks, could take 3-4 to transfer funds from my term deposit to my normal account. I'm not the most patient of people.

These cars look mint when done properly. Well done.

Looks nice, but I had to disapoint you, there is no ute tub behind the drivers seat
I do love the luxury barges

Dunno, I reckon there's nearly as much room in the boot as there is in a b series tub..

I kind of had to look twice - for another ex aff member I know well here in Syd bought just the same about 2yrs ago, flew up to brissy to drive her down.
Alot of car for the $$$$ - he's actually been doing minor mods but also got fibresports here to mould up a TL50 kit that is available now, also a bod tail spoiler is being made now for the boot.
He just came over the other week to show me, looks good, getting any ideas LOL.......

Definitely a lot of car for the money - and damn easy to convert to a LWB ute (AND with a proper IRS!) LOL. I'll have mine in a wagon please. Heheheh.

Great work. A mate of mine recently picked one of these up as well, they are awesome cars.
He paid a little more than you, but it was immaculate and did have 20" sort of azzuro rims, which have Since been removed and replaced with std rims. Not the best buying in the end. Lol
Anyhow back to you. Love the metallic too.
