That's a mate of mines Phase 3 too. :-)

300++ will be a bit "interesting". The aero at that speed is very different to 200 or 100.
My B series FPVs were a bit unsettled above 220 odd with the FG2 Ute similar at above 180.

Yep, I will be highly surprised if it gets within cooee of 300 clicks. The aerodynamic forces at those speeds (and the power you need to conquer them) is quite substantial.

The APS Falcon did 307kph with 415rwkw. Only thing the GTF may have as an advantage is a slightly slipperier silhouette and better gearing, and also maybe more road to play with - the APS was done at Avalon.

415rwkw - that's about 550rwhp - is quite a whack of power, that is the sort of power you'd need to get up there. How much torque does/was the APS Falcon making? Torque matters with something like this (probably more important than outright power)
