Hi all,
some may recognise the username from AFF, for those that don't hi and I own EL GT #037.
There is a very outdated registry on that forum which I would like to resurrect and bring up to date. Does anybody have any objection to this or more importantly any information they can offer?

EL GT Falcon Registry (Most of this info pinched from AFF and will be updated as confirmed)
EL GT production Sept 96-May 97 (unconfirmed, mine (037) is a 3/1997 build)
RRP $69,500 plus on road costs.
4 options were Colour,Trans,Sunroof,$2813 & Class 2 Towpack, $1,270.
Total Built 272:
250 Australia
20 New Zealand
2 South Africa.
Colour breakdown:
Sparkling Burgundy 157.
Heritage Green 63.
Navy Blue 52.
Rumours of 1 Silver ELGT - supposedly a mule was silver but unsure if it ever had the full bodykit. There is an EL 6 cyl for sale at the moment that has full GT kit.
Development mules - 4 were built and all destroyed after production. They were codenamed HGT1,2,3,4.
Transmission breakdown - Manual 150, Auto 122.

Notes on above vehicles:
- #17 was originally built for Dick Johnson, he refused it at the time so Rob Herrod picked it up.
- At least one of the GT's sent to RSA was Heritage Green, the other one unknown
- #P01 is part of the Bowden's Collection but is for sale for the right money.
#200 is currently for sale (Nov 2014) and also has a towbar, unable to verify if factory fitted or not.
#158 is Burgundy Auto, no other options. Currently for sale in WA (Nov 2014).
#NZ012 Burgundy Auto, no other options. Sold in NZ Sep 2014 with 304kms on odo.
#212 Burgundy Auto, no other options.
#178 incorrectly listed as manual in above table - is in fact Burgundy Auto, no other options.
#152 was a factory manual car but now has a T56 in it along with a Vortech blower.
#P04 is a Burgundy Auto no other options.
#100 is a Burgundy, unknown trans no other options.
#239 is a Burgundy manual, no other options.
#114 is a Navy Blue, unknown trans, unknown options.
#187 is a Burgundy auto with sunroof
#105 was a Blue auto, written off in WA 2013

Thanks, I had details of both of those already but always nice to add a bit more info. The original database on AFF (which is where I pinched that table from) is very out of date and doesnt have much info. I believe GTSteveMkII has been keeping some similar records so between us hopefully we will be able to identify most of the cars.
It appears as though the table I linked to above has disappeared. I'll grab the info from it and load it up again.
Glenn still owns the car? It was for sale, Wheels Magazine, January 1998, has the road test of Glenn's car in Germany.Quote:

The Silver EL GT did exist, it was pictured in the EL GT Media Kit product launch, I showed a few people @ the Brisbane GT Nationals, sadly most of them thought I was full of shit, & no such car existed.

The car is listed as "colour incorrect" it is on page 12 of the Media Kit & was prepared by Mr Douglas K Greenslade, Communication Specialist.
