The Pursuit of Happiness.

Well it's been a long time coming. And what feels like longer in the delivery stages. With a few twists and turns that life has thrown at us along the way.

But in the next few weeks I'm about to tick off a bucket list item, and be the proud owner of a V8 manual ute. An FPV Pursuit no less.

Delivery will be over the next few weeks as xmas is playing funny buggers with the delivery of the Flat top hard lid and I'm a bit indecisive about wheels.

But I am genuinely excited.

Very very envious Tony and the perfect colour to for such a car. This will become very rare beast just like the 335 GTE you already have.

Sadly the arrival of a company car for the wife meant there was no way, that I could acco date both the GTE and the Pursuit. While I was agonising over that decision. A fellow ford lover made me an offer on the GTE and its now gone to a new home. Where I know it will be loved and cared for.

On the plus side. Pursuit.

It's built in sept and is number 102 of 120. So it's not the last, but it is among them.

I know it's a snowballs chance in hell, but if they turn around and build an xr8 ute I will personally see the people responsible hung drawn and quartered.

The 5LS/C with manual combo is the best just dont go hitting the brake pedal too many times in quick succession, especially after coming from the GTE with the 6/4 brembos

Talk about being a trader LOL....tseries gone, gte gone ! damn talk about changing the carpark Tony.

The pursuit is an incredible vehicle Tony but I can't lie. I'm already morning the loss of your GTE. It was one of my most admired member vehicles on here. If I was to purchase a used FPV today it would be Mk2 GTE or a RSPEC.

Thanks wasp. I'm sure I'll miss the GTE too. I was a beautiful car. I have first rights if ever he goes to sell it.

M. Arbie has chosen a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. It's the base GC and as her work is paying for the fuel its a petrol version. They wanted her to tip extra to have a Deisel. When they get the fuel saving. Their fleet manager needs a stern talking to, as you know a Terry was our weapon of choice.
