This is one of those videos you will never get sick of. I have a couple of in car clips of my track days (not compairing them to this monster) but i watch them over when i get bored, its just one of those things that puts a smile on your face each time you watch them.
It reminds me of watching you on that sim!
haha. I have just finished a 20 lap bathurst race. Im down to lapping in the constant 2:10's now and can get into the 2:09's in qualifying. I think that might be a new thread idea! Sim racing
Just watching again and i forgot how much of a tool that guy in the Charger was, its obvious that he wont be able to match with the Falcon, yet he continues to cut him off. Also pay attention to the Shanker during gear changes and the wipers lifting on conrod :) Oh and i like the small wheel spin going over the rise on mountain straight!
Yeah thought the same thing... typical charger mentality.. chip on their shoulders.. always living in the "would have should have" past... LOL, blocking him was only holding up the inevitable. From memory the GTHO's had about a 20mph advantage down conrod over the chargers back in 71...Quote:

I think he would of been on the money for a win in that event had he not been held up by the charger and was able to make some quicker decisions through the traffic. But i can totally understand not wanting to put the car in a gap and risk damage.
what a great clip thanks , i was sure he was going to run over the top of the mini the second time up the mountain , i was wating for the next gear change down conrod , oh yeh thats right they only had 4 .
