Remote Start on 2017 GT

Just wondering if anyone can tell me if the 2017 GT Aust spec has the remote start feature that is available in the US. I pick up my new car next week and when i asked the Sales person if the car had this feature they said that they thought it had been disabled for Aust spec cars.

I don’t think we got remote start or at least the cars we reviewed so far, if they had it we never came across it
