Another Mercedes benefit year will see the no spectators ban self imposed.
Anyone explain this steering system they have?
Ststem that dynamically affects the tow angle if the front wheels. Toe out gives sharp turn in, but can lead to a twitchy car. Too much toe in either direction will cause tyres to scrub the surface, increasing temperatures and rolling resistance.Quote:

Probably helps with the aero wash from the front wheel too, which is why I am surprised it isn't being banned as a moveable aerodynamic device
