Kay has been excellent for the brand.
Kay surprised me how well she turned Ford around. An extremely good job.
I hope Andrew ( he has to be good with a name like Andrew) continues and builds on the great work Kay did
Kay was fantastic for the brand and also for enthusiasts. Her loss in the leadership role feels like a blow to be honest, no disrespect intended to Andrew. I dont know anything about him.
Initially I thought Andrew came from a product development/engineering background but his career has actually been forged at Ford over 26 years working in various marketing, consumer experience, and sales roles. This should serve him and the company well I hope.
This will be no easy role navigating the company and its 2000+ employees through the pandemic. Hats off to him if he can do this successfully.
yep hats off to Kay.....job well done under tough circumstances in the first place pre covid.
