Ford performance was only confirmed in April this year for our market.
When Ford performance was launched as a global brand they felt they were starting from scratch. From a global perspective it's like there was no performance divisions outside their own space.
It's been deemed as a work in progress.
When we did have control of our own destiny, and I have written about this previously, denying support, hurts.
FPV could never get better to address the concerns with shrinking share.
All it did was make it harder and harder to make people happy, to give them what they want.
If you want change it's best driven by being invested, coming from the position of ownership.
Any other way becames well meaning talk.
Tough as that sounds.
As a global structure, obviously this process is more robust but there are still doubts of expressed support and real support
