I think stripe delete will be a popular move, on the six anyway.
As suspected, that render makes the fitment and ride height look far better than it really is. That's a Holden trick, I'm a bit disappointed ford has stooped to that level.

One of the greatest frustrations i have with these morons who leak pictures is they completely remove the ability of Ford to present the product itself in its full specification with clear detail and imagery.
We're not getting the full impact we're getting only part of it, nor do we know full details on specification.
Right now none of us have seen either a Sprint 6 or 8 in real life, nor do we know all the details of the specification so i can't see how anyone can be critical of any of the styling cues nor value proposition until then.
Stripes are always a love it or hate it thing, I doubt anyone thinking of buying one would be sitting on the fence in case they don't like it.
easily removed, and reattached if ever sold if the owner doesn't like them. (Unless they're painted on this time?)
The retail implication of Sprint 8 over XR8 is about $7Kda not 14.
You cant logically pass judgement about the value proposition of $7K without knowing what the specs are on the car.
As i said, if you want to discuss this kind of thing by all means start your own thread.
Thanks Bricktop, beat me to it.
I get it now, that $14k diff mention maybe in the second hand market in the future.....that I could see I suppose.....
This thread isn't the place for value comparison discussion guys.
Wait, theres more...?
As for stripes, look at the classic car market and some of the most ugly combo,s are the most popular.
And i still don't get the problem with the specs.
I couldn't care less ( much) , its a car you buy because what it IS, not what its got.
I some one doesn't get it, then fine, but just go home in what ever you've got.
I bought my F for what it is, not what its got, why cant some folks get that, and to be frank, if i had the cash,
i would have been down to my dealer 6 months ago , when this first surfaced, not hung up about the specs, but surely because of what it is !!
Ami missing some thing, or am i blinded by something i cant see........ggrrrr.....
...oh I think there will be lots more to talk about.
Yet alone the first drive reviews, back to back comparisons, blue to red comparisons, historical (and subjective) fast Ford discussions....
I love the way the 6 sounds (personally I think its sounds best from the passenger seat behind the driver) :)
