The frame/ chasis / cage / suspension / brakes /gearbox/ diff is 100% identical no matter what the car is
You bolt either the Ford / Holden / Nissan / Chrysler body panels on the base platform
Almost to the extent your car could be a Ford one meeting, then change body panels for the next meeting, and have a Nissan racing, but it is the same car as previous round.
Engines are the only difference, the Ford and Chev motors are approved, and could be used under any body paneled car. OR they could use their own engine, as long as it met the specs
Engine management is a fixed control, supplied by V8 Supercars
This is purely a shiloette series, even the size of the Ford and Holden are not relevant to their road going cars.
