A bit more aggressive being manual..
Took the car to my mate who does all the testing for prodrive. Reckins I have a prob with the shocks.
He orig started to rebuild my dampers but had Bilstein finish them of. Need to get them adjusted but I will not be pulling anything else of the car at the moment.

At a 100kms she sits on 1700rpm and pulls nicely from 60k in 5th.

Did you know that you can buy an actual momo gear boot that will screw into those gear knobs? I had the same style in my old xr6.

Check here http://www.autotek.com.au/shop/gear-boots.html they even have an all red one. Cheap too.

Could not buy a boot from Ford so stripped a ratty one down as a sample and had my triimer use the same material from the seats to duplicate.
There are cheap ones from UK but the stitching is white..no good for me.. AUTOTEK Damn you always find out a different option after he he
