People don't realise how much of an issue this is. When I had the BMW, I would get all manner of comments from randoms and a few clients. It was worth less than a Happy Meal yet because of the smelly badge, some took umbrage to my ownership.Quote:

This is a funny thing and very relevant. As Australians we love having others succeed as long as they don't have to see the fruits of that hard work and success. Crazy. This is the main reason why I drive a base model Ranger at the moment and why I had to see what the New Raptor looked like before considering the purchase. Even though farmers are happy to drive $110k plus Cruisers heaven forbid I drive a car that I have given blood, sweat, and tears to afford. Ooh nice ride mate, I love my Ford's but Porsche are a very very nice car n would certainly love one. Only car that makes me have a physical reaction n all I was doing was standing next to them. Can't imagine what it's like to drive one.
