I guess its just something different from the standard RED.
I like the idea of the Gold brakes, says premium and makes the car instantly identifiable.
But how will the gold look on a red car? LOL.

Porsche already apply this with their brakes red for S/GT models, carbon ceramic in yellow. Boy do the yellow stand out and instantly announce the car and its associated performance credential. If true, gold is a great touch to distinguish sprints visually in a side profile
