Slowy, I agree !
I know I have bagged a little, purely as a typical supporter thinking wtf are you doing at that stage of a game but overall he's brilliant.
As I said, he loves our game and his heart was/is 110% in it.
Like I've quoted I reckon the employer has caused this more than anything else.
A article just out that who's to know its all accurate but it has some good points......

He will regret not being there for sure in hindsight one day.
This is like stepping down from a plumb drive at Bathurst - or a debut in F1 for eg.
The stubbornness as quoted maybe part issue at hand as well.

We went to the SFC Perth Glory game the other night.
To say we are watching possibly one of the best teams in aussie football to date is not an understatement.
Glory usually give us a good tuff game in recent years and by half time it just 1nil to SFC Glory would have thought coming out for the 2nd they had a chance.
What transpired was a 45min master class by SFC banging in 5more superb goals from entertaining dominating football possession finishing up @ 6nil, now 8points gap from 1st to 2nd at this stage.....
Arnie sure has recruited well being reigning Champs, mixed with classy imports/local jnr/s and experienced ex socceroos.
The rest of the HAL teams are a level down I expect SFC winning the Minor Prem again - possibly the GF but before that have the Asian Champs League to compete in that will put strain on the depth and injuries likely bringing in curve balls if they have any chance dominating everything they are contesting but overall great watching a quality team.
My Liverpool also is doing well at this stage in the huge EPL comp sitting in the important Top 4.
Here's some dollars to play the game - our achilles heal has been our defense, its ok but Not top quality.
We just picked up with the Jan window opened Virgil van Dijk @ 26yrs Dutch International.
At 75M LBS lol...thats mucho in A$.
He is just one piece to the puzzle on building up a competitive squad.

The Brisbane team under Ange was the best ive seen, they were the Barcelona of Aussie football back then, dominating possetion and the scoreboard but you're right this Sydney team is coming at a rate of knots.
Liverpool will still be 60m+ to the good once Courtinho goes to Barcelona.
-
Good to see you posting Archilino.
I know your a football follower from way back.
yer your right - Ange's Roar were brilliant at passing from side to side end to end, wore down their opponent great to watch.
SFC have more skill factor therefore are more direct in approach more so on counters but their midfield dominance starts it all in the first place.
Last night draw breaks Roars unbeaten home record 24 at Allianz.
haha yes mate, the pending Sale of Coutinho will counter + the $ balance.
I'm hoping we hold on to him till the summer but we shall see this month.

Enjoying watching the Super Bowl right now.
Hoping for Philli to win, but against Tom Brady.........
-
I can't get into Americana sport - having been to a couple of gridiron games it wore me out - too long a game - run by the tv ads - the fanfare is typical americana bs - but the hot dogs are good :)

Watched the Super Bowl at a bar here in Ojochal... Our coverage had none of the million dollar, first time screened, ads, which are usually the highlight!
