iPod compatibility - 2011 FG XR6

I have a Ford Falcon FG XT 2009, does anyone knows which generation of IPOD is suitable for it?

I'm pretty sure it's the older wide 11 pin type. If you don't have an old ipod, it might be a worthwhile or just as cheap to go to a wreckers and convert it to the FG2 usb input
