Pj's bought it because well they had one to fit it. All perfectly legal. And a way to 'Look after' a supplier. That kind of shonkery doesnt happen by accident. These guys are talented.

No he was just being a dick. Surprise!

He bought it on behalf of NT Heavy haul (something like that). They already had one of his trucks they bought the Grey/black C509. He was literally there doing it to stir up the receivers/creditors. There was folks about to kill him. He has no shame.
