That's my favorite GT Falcon, I don't like the 1970s ones.
Car looks mint, wouldn't mind adding something like that to my 90s Falcon collection but id be borderline hoarder of 90s Falcons lol.

Would the owner or person handling enquiries, be interested in putting it up on the "Tickford GT Owners Group" on Facebook? I have been asked to do this, but I feel this not my place, to do this. The owner may object. If the owner or representative is interested, just tell Nettie or Brian, the people that run the Facebook Page, you know of the old hoon from Perth. Greg.![]()
Another case of Ford could have should have...as mentioned interior is debatable but you could live with it if it got up and went as a GT is expected to.
Would have had one long ago.
This example is beautiful to buy, just I'd have to butcher it engine wise which I wouldn't wish to do keeping it original.

◦Top Speed 228km/h (142mph)
◦ 0 - 100km/h (0 - 62mph) 7.3sec
◦ Standing 400m (1/4 mile) 15.2sec
XY GT Phase 3
Bathurst spec (3.25 diff ratio) Phase 3 was rev limited to 228kph
0-100 in about 6.2 seconds (diff dependent)
Standing 400m 14.1 seconds, 3.25 rear end. (depending on which gearbox and diff you ordered, it had 3.5 and 3.9 too)
Not withstanding the massive advancements in handling, braking and tyre technology the old H3 certainly hauled arse in a straight line, even by todays standards it would frighten a Redline.
