Yes .. but the statement we are commenting on referred only to the best FORD ever made. It didn't say the best car in this test nor did it say the best Aussie car ... just best Ford ... see the distinction?

Yes absolutely. My point was that the assumption that the best must be a V8 is invalid.

MOTOR have made that statement, some will disagree, some will disagree vehemently.....
