I never got a trade in price from Ford, as I know,
1, they wouldn’t be interested in a car as such,
2, it would be a lowball offer as they always are.

If you had of read the thread from front to back you would clearly see that I am chasing an enthusiast that would care for the car, not a boy that would bling it up, and as it was mentioned in this thread also that at my price range that I am asking, it would clear those imbeciles and wanker wannabe's away, .... you know what, you have proven this to be true by your own comment....lol.

10k might have been mentioned by me, but it was also referred to as a base point, or around that mark, with negations with the right person I am willing to go below that price, whether that be 1, 2 or 3k, that would be negotiated between parties, but hey even at 7k, I’d like to see another immaculate originally presented one owner car be found.

Hell I might even decide to take flappist point on board and park it up for years to come, which I am now thinking.

My brothers old AU2 XR8 recently sold for $10500 here in Tas. He traded it in at a yard on a Turbo Territory and it lasted in the yard for 2 weeks. It was Venom, mild engine work (cam, exhaust and tune) manual, tickford premium brakes, premium sound, leather and had 155k on it.

The right person will come along, you just need them to be interested in the car, not someone that is looking for a cheap car, but wants a good car, if that makes sense.
