    Vale Max Walker.

    Former Australian cricketer Max Walker has passed away aged 68.

    He played in 34 Tests for Australia and took 138 wickets.

    Walker had been sick for some time and died following a battle with cancer.

    yer this is starting to get too close to home
    May not have been in the calibre of Lillee and the likes but wow what a cricketer and important member of some very talented cricketers when we were really really strong as well as opponents.
    Such a likeable personality that marketing grabbed never to be forgotton - the, havagooweekend Mr Walker - you to son (Aerogaurd)
    RIP Mr Walker and massive condolence's to your loved ones.

    IMO the best ever years of Australian Cricket glad I witnessed it.
