I'm seeing a bunch of PP models in their listings, which may explain it.
Had to smile at your 4V tag..one of the few Ford disasters I owned was an ex SA Railways LWB Mk1 Transit..took it around Aust after dumping the 2lt V4 boat anchor in Perth.

I had a Capri that had the v4 in it, was a beast of a motor. Made no power but sounded like it had all the power lol.
Couldn't kill it.
