    Adjusting headlights on my XP

My headlights are pointing just in front of the car, what is the best way to adjust them to get them up a bit to the correct line, considering high beam as well. I know I need a flat wall, but what next, what are the measurements

    Anyone?

    Thanks in anticipation

Mark the headlight centre on the wall with the car within 1m ... reverse straight back and adjust the lights to be 50mm below that mark at 6m back.
Australian Muscle Car ... "It is a sensational high performance vehicle; a beautifully engineered and immensely capable four door Grand Tourer or 'GT' in the truest sense of that tradition."

No prize for guessing what car they were referring to ... OWN THE ROAD ...
