Hey WASP - just noticed your nomenclature above your icon there - "Validated User" - what does that mean? I assume it has nothing to do with drug addiction!

I'm pretty sure it has to do with membership timeframe, as in I've been a member since 2012.

Hi all, as a guess, I think we might start seeing actual yard stock by about June/July.

This is new territory for us because it's never been available to sell off the floor before! (unless it was a fall over)

I'm actually pretty excited to have a yard with Mustang for sale like any other car.

how long is the waiting queue on Mustang, about 4 months or shorter?
And do you know when the MY18 order bank opens?

You can order MY18 now.

MY17 ceases production in the states in about a month (end of july) for MY18 retool.

The last MY17 cars get here about October.

That said dealers now have stock of cars so if you order a car today chances are they'll either have it, or you'll get it by November latest as dealers have ordered extra.

MY18 cars are expected into dealers from September 2018, around the same time MY19 hits US showrooms..

This is my understanding of the current state of play.

Thanks Norm, I heard that there was a long delay until the ECE spec / RHD MY18s would roll.
I think the Americans want some real world production time with their own domestic version
before moving on to the export MY18s.

So does that mean we have no Mustangs between the end of MY 17 and the start of MY18?

Im actually not sure how many MY18's will ever get here because the changeover to MY19 will coincide with MY18 hitting our showrooms here.

We may largely skip an update.
