This is like a redo of 2005 when new Commodore was due in 2006 but this time things are a little different.
With VF coming out next year, Ford has to give its Falcon buyers something to look forward to.....
IMO, the waist line has to come up reducing the oversized glass house, don't think that's in the budget..

You're talking $50 Million per door for a tearup and redesign, I'd just be grateful for a new front and rear and some tech to keep the gadget whingers happy.

I also will look towards Mustang as my next "driver" Maurice - the Ts can go into hibernation for a while.

EDIT... WTF am I saying? Everyone knows I can't stop driving them!

Not talking about changing doors, just the outer and inner panels.
I know that Ford doesn't have the money to do it but the big glass house is a relic from the past...

I tend to disagree for my tastes - I don't like the larger sheet metal:glass ratio at all. Looks slab-sided, even with crease lines added in. I reckon FG is around the right mark for me.

    You know what?
I really like that, the cohesion of design and even the glasshouse really works with that style.

Thanks Nick, that's a good effort, an chance of a forward three quarter view in the next few days?
