    69 Mach 1 please 351W and 4 speed.
Australian Muscle Car ... "It is a sensational high performance vehicle; a beautifully engineered and immensely capable four door Grand Tourer or 'GT' in the truest sense of that tradition."

No prize for guessing what car they were referring to ... OWN THE ROAD ...

I've always loved the Falcon hardtops so I guess it's a '73 fastback for me..

69 Mach 1, would be my emotional favourite but you can’t go past the performance of the current mustang.
Have a weird soft spot for the fox bodies too.

The problem with society today, is that nobody drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.

And with that the chances of a RWD sedan shorten
God I hope they lifted Falcon and Territory platforms......

Maybe not, that profile has probably been checked and approved by Ford
Looks like she has been on that program since March 2016
Could Ford Aus have just handed over IP on Territory & Falcon to Ford NA for evolution to new products instead of starting from scratch?

    Recent article bout CD6:

2020 Ford Explorer to go RWD, get 400-hp ST version

    https://www.autoblog.com/2018/01/31/...plorer-rwd-st/

Of course, talk of a rear-wheel drive, Fusion-sized platform built for big power numbers has enthusiasts wondering what kinds of sedans or coupes could go on it. If such sedans come, they'll likely be long-wheelbase Lincolns headed to China. But there's no reason to stop dreaming about more driftable possibilities.
Thanks to Diana we now know Mustang forms part of that picture.
