Red face The Ford's of our past (:

Hey guys, thought I would post up an overview of the FORDS that have found their ways into our garage over the past before I make a few dedicated threads to some separate, special cars.

First up is my dad's first ford, this immaculate XF Fairmont Ghia, all stock except for being lowered on 12 slotters with an exhaust. I loved this thing even though I was only 6 at the time. We had it for about a year before the computer shat itself and my dad got rid of it for pocket change I always wish hed just kept it in storage for me. These are the only 2 photos ive got of it, me in the drivers seat! haha.

Between the XF and the next cars we had a few laser's and a brand new Territory Ghia in Silhouette in 2004 with the number plates TR-70-RY was an awesome car but don't have any photo's.

Next is the car that got me hooked on the amazing falcon straight six, the first FG G6E Turbo to be delivered in Australia, my dad ordered this thing before it was released to the public. When it was ordered we ordered it in Seduce on cashmere, but a stuff up on Ford's side saw the car end up with a black interior, so we got the chance to change the initial order. After seeing ego on an xt it was the only colour for the G6E! The happiness I felt on the day it came was indescribable, this car changed me.. Even though it remained stock I kept it clean and it was immaculate, dad sold it 3 years later with 40000km to a friend of mine and it now pumps out 330rwkw on the stock turbo with more work coming, still has the N FG 270 plates haha.

Around the time dad sold the G6ET I had got my red p's and was time for my first car, of course you know which type of car I wanted lol. I was set on a BA Ghia that was pretty clean 1 owner with 90000km when one night I found a new car had been listed, this BF Ghia ex company car. I never even knew the BF MKI existed i thought it went straight to the updated front end. Anyway we went and saw the car and I was hooked with the ZF and just the car as a whole. 122000km and was listed for 14500, ended up getting it for 13300. Best day of my life. This build deserves its own thread so pics will be in another thread (:

These are some of my uncles cars, he's a ford fanatic like me and loves his e-series more than anything! This pic is his old 5.0L EL Ghia along with my grandads current car a 4.0L EF Ghia. The EL was resprayed with a brand new exhaust and interior it was immaculate! This EL was the first caer to wear the famous HM00DY plates lol because i've got the same name as my uncle, Mohamed and he gave them to me as a present for getting my first car lol.

His old 351 ESP replica with 350 horses at the treads, he bought this the same day I got my Ghia! Awesome car to drive

His red EB S XR6, full exhaust, T5 conversion, immaculate 140000km original km. Just so fun to drive.

The fully built ED XR6T that he bought with 400rwkw through a 3500 stally and powerglide. MONSTER! 58000 original km, mostly on the dyno!

    After the rebuild

Blew the bottom end and sold it for a massive loss to a guy in melbourne, it now has a fresh motor and an even bigger turbo pumping out 350rwkw through a slipping 4k stally on a run in tune lol.

New car acquired most recently is this original 5 speed XR8 SPRINT, currently getting resprayed and has a fresh interior and refurbished wheels NAICE! Now wears the plates SXR-302 (:

And now my new car! lol Brand new FG XR6 MKII Limited Edition in silhouette

She's now wearing the HM00DY plates too

Will be going an all black theme with this car. bulge, limo tint, powdercoat the wheels black or typhoon twisties in black, coilovers and black calipers with slotted rotors, dark film on all the lights, debadge and whatever else comes my way lol. fg turbo exhaust going on too with headers and cat as well as a kpm or herrod intake. Then tune this biatch lol.

Sorry for the massive read, there'll be an even longer one about the Ghia alone lol.

    Wow very near collection.
