Money ran out because the development of the platform was parked.

As i understand it the entire chassis needed a revision along with the driveline.

Initially there was an argument over who would foot that bill, then it became a moot point....

Stance looks good but I’ll be stoked when this black wheel fad is a thing of the past

Which raises the question? How much power can this FG/X chassis handle. Which leads into the next question, is this power upgrade from Premcar be a less to take the extra power?

I'll take a stab and say GT-F is right on the ragged line limit in everything....

This was what happened back in 2009.

Once the joint partnership was dissolved in 2012, the financial contribution of Prodrive ceased.

Remember at the time, the talk wasn’t if Ford could carry off FPV but if Ford could fund and budget what was required to give us what was expected by this time.

Ford didn’t do anything with FPV and the the closure comes.

GTF was both time poor and budget conscious.

Sprint did fare better with both

From what I understand of today’s media outing, we are staring at the possibility of the most applauded Falcon ever.

Let’s see if that makes print

Good to hear MM is doing a article look forward to this.
Not sure if MM is under the same deal but it looks like Friday is the day. I know I did tell you it might be earlier but it should be this week. Well Friday, at least for some appears to be it.

They are very similar to what I have on my XR8. They aren’t too bad but I think what one needs to remember are the rims they are most likely replacing.

XR8/GT/GT-P/GT-F also have a small slot

    GTE/Sprint are, well worse.

Of the rims most likely on the donors cars, this should be an improvement

Interesting that some people who attended the day claim that the actual foot print of the rear tyre is closer to 305.

One guy I spoke to last night has 295s on his Herrod modified XR8 and reckons by eye, the HG tyre looks to be wider.

I did ask how many iPhones wide was it? He didn’t understand.
