    most powerful hsv camaro

Will this spur Ford on to bring the gt 350 n 350r n even possibility the gt500 here? It doesn't look like it at moment. But a new power war will begin here.
I know we can build a super snake here n there's plenty of other options available to soup up ya stang and is it even necessary being the price of the hsv.
And how is it the hsv hasn't suffered the scrutiny as the mustang did.

    most powerful hsv camaro

Ryan has done a good job getting this through. I know $160k seems expensive but a similar powered converted Roush or Shelby Mustang cost this and more from Mustang Motorsport.

Ford may respond. I for one certainly hope so but with what I don’t know. Even if they where to get behind MM with a full factory backed warranty and would be a start. Thing is, I suspect they wouldn’t be happy doing that while the car cost almost $200k AUD. A

The amount of red tape and setup costs MM would need to go through to get tier 1 supplier certification with Ford would kill the project before it was even considered.

You'd need a buisness case that would see significant sustainable volume well above what GT350 and GT500 combined would deliver.

Ryan (Tom) went through all the compliance cost and pain many many years ago when HSV was formed, they're now reaping the rewards of that investment.

TBH Premcar would be better placed given their past experience with OEM to take on such a challenge.

They have done well. It’s not a disgraceful price for what it is either.

So is the camaro a safe car, being it was designed in USA n for left hand drive only n passed all American test, would it be as safe after a conversion here in oz. not being built or designed for right hand drive. It seems pretty easy to pass some tests to allow the sale of unsafe vehicles in oz. ADR are only pass or fail n hsv won't even allow it to be tested under ancap, should our government be cracking down on this. I know there's another thread about when the Stang in 2017 scored a very low 2 stars if I remember correctly

They score poorly in ancap because ancap is a flawed system with practically zero relevance in today’s market.
