Black certainly attracts more looks and comments to which surprised me a bit. When it's clean it looks amazing.
Black looks amazing just after cleaning. Love Vader after a wash and detail.

oh well. I like mine. But yes, I am also in the silver camp on wheel colour. Semi-polished, forged look my preference. Maybe we are all too old school?

I have softened my objection considerably as a preference. Some body colours look better than others but it’s no longer blanket hate.

Rims are such a personal preference and changeable, from an original content package consideration, historically speaking it’s never stopped the purchase of a limited edition.

That’s going to be the cars here. Wheels will not be a factor with this car

I am generally a no to black rims. On the Sprint I loved them, especially on the Smoke and Kinetic cars. They suited them perfectly. Black on black I am not a fan of, no matter the car.

It wouldn't sway a purchase for me one but.

The only factory rim i've ever genuinely hated and couldn't live with is the F6 blade rims.

Didnt help that the optional 17 where beautiful. I also liked the similar-looking optional 18" on the BA XR series.
The red R-Spec rims were a big detraction, but I actually don't mind them now.

As a side note has anyone looked at the 5 for next year? It has B series XR6T power and torque with a 10 speed auto.
This is going to embarrass a few "fully sick SS mate" bogans....
