    I think its good.

Acknowledging that it is always difficult to judge. As I don't think that Kelly's or Teckno had the equipment to run with DJR/888/Tickford. But he was quick when he was with Tickford both in Super2 and as a co-driver. Fingers crossed.

I'd like to see Hazlewood in a competitive car. Him moving to BJR is just a step sidewoods. I guess if is their best driver next season people will take notice....at least Percat can push him and vice versa.

I guess the same could be said about le Brock. Wasting his time at tenko wasn't going to push him.

I view Lee's contract extension as somewhat taking over from the hole Frosty left. Lee is quite a marketable person. He has a very likable personality and is a pretty regular top 10 driver. He is also willing to put himself out there (podcast). All these traits are strong attributes to build audiences and attract sponsors.

Cam is cool, but his personality isn't as leverageable in the same way that Lee's is. Cam really needs to be fast on the track and winning races/podiums in order to deliver value back to his team and sponsors.

Tom, well that a bit frustrating for me. In my view, he is an amazing asset. He is the combination of a very marketable person able to bring new audiences and sponsors to Tickford, while also being a genuinely fast and naturally gifted as a driver. Much in the same way as Cam is, and Chaz was (for Tickford).

As for Jack Le Brocq. I guess I just feel like I don't know him. It's like he has been in the wilderness for the past two years and I don't know what to make of this. He is a left-foot braker like Fabs and did struggle with the Triple 8 built car that Tecko fielded which was optimal for right foot braking. The poor bloke is having to fill some big shoes with the sting of Chaz leaving still raw to some. Over time I am sure we will get to know him and see what he can bring to the team.

I rate LeBroc, got to give him the chance, obviously TR have assessed everything and went down his path.
Probably think more experienced compared to Tom.
Just hope they can keep Tom satisfied and hang onto him.
Lee's extension may have something to do with Truck Assist, maybe they wanted him for their customer base ?
Now lets see IF Cam really steps up and I hope so.
