Did it feel like there were baffles or ridges on the pan floor?

No it didnt, just the ribs/fins on the outside I think. Didnt spend too much time until I can get some vision inside and see whats up. Must admit, I am not overly concerned it will do any damage. I think it is just because I know its there I want it out

Whilst we are on the subject of known issues/faults - has anyone heard of the miami doing the transmission cooler milkshake? Do you guys recommend the external cooler? I didnt want to muck around too much whilst under warranty but I guess I should be addressing this as well. Still only 18,000klms on it

Oh, also - new dipstick and filter $55 - although the dipstick looks 2nd hand
