At $90,000 I don't think so.

The handling option really made it pop with those wheels.

By the time you add the auto, magneride and forged wheels to the list price of a standard GT you're pretty much in Mk1 territory anyhow. That's before you look at the underbody aero, the extra cooling package, the arguable improvements to the front bar, deeper grille and diffuser.

Yeah maybe some won't like the wheels. I'm not sold on them myself, would probably prefer the forged options.

Sure, some of it is partsbin stuff. But its more than the sticker packs we used to get from FPV.

You don't have to love it but compared to say a 40th Anniversary GT or some of the other highly prized FPV specials there's a bit more going on with this.

Ultimately the market will decide, not like R spec's have flown out the door.

I still cant work out what happened with R Spec. Was it Covid, dealer gouging or what? Great package but yeh the price scared me away.

I am probably being critical of Mach 1 but the Handling option was what made it in my eyes.

Spoke to Herrod and things like the spoilers wont be able to be bought here locally. Those wheels are hideous as well! My dealer wants me to hold out to see if we get the UK version of the wheels. I leaning to cancel. Let someone else who wants this have it.

Im quite certain if Ford don't offer the HO option Mr Herrod will upgrade it to that spec for you.
