There is already talk of Cam Waters being targeted as the replacement driver. Yikes !
No discredit to Jamie but I think the team will struggle without Danes leadership.

Roland will still be Chairman of the Board, so i can't see him sitting back allowing them to trip on their Dicks.

Well lets not get ahead of ourselves pre season......
So many changes HAS to throw some spanners in the works no matter T8's smoothly run team.
Giz has the tendency to implode and JW can't keep keeping on fingers crossed.
SMac had them all covered pretty much but the ending divide amongst the rest wasn't so clear cut for T8 drivers.
Other teams are lifting their game.
T8 drivers between them had 4 wins each, great for the teams Champ looking ahead but 5 other drivers got 1 win a piece (ok Percat 2) 4 of them are current Mustang drivers with Cam being the obvious to challenge.
ADP/Davo/LBroc/DR/Heimgartner are no mugs anymore they just need to get set ups and consistancy, surely a couple of them will be up there with Cam, got to have faith fellas.

If you remove Scott from the equation look at who got a lot of second places last year.
I think it will be business as usual this year at T8 but with less pressure.
Jamie will race a farewell season without the pressure on his shoulders, and the Team wont be turning themselves inside out chasing extreme settings trying to beat Scott.
I think Cam will be there abouts but i don't think over a season he can beat Shane.
T8 will feature in the top 3 spots more often than not which is why they'll regain the Teams championship quite easily.
To be honest, the 2021 Drivers championship is Shanes to lose.
As for the rest?
Chaz and ADP to scrap it out for the balance of top 5 spots.
Then you'll have LeBroq, Heimgartner, and Fullwood to take steps forward, then the old guard, Percat, Reynolds, Pye, Couthard, Winterbottom and Davison scrapping to feature in the top 10.
