Yes, he seemed much more measured. Maybe how things ended with Cam, and at Bathurst with Tickford sunk in.

Tickford/FPR has had a long track record of drivers taking each other out or tripping over each other.

Maybe, it's how they were managed or incentivized to compete against one another, opposed to adopting more of a team-first approach?

Having said this, Tickford appeared much better in this area last year. I'm not sure this was just a coincidence or a result of a change they made internally.

I tend to agree. I think he has the potential to be quite a force in that team, that car and with Ludo as his engineer.

I think ADP will take a year to settle after the team he was in last year.

He will be an absolute force, but I think we need to give him a year first.

I have him 4th or 5th this year.

agreed Slow, Dane is a brilliant spin doctor but I'm sure we all can't deny his business acumen.
I never figured JW was smart but smart enough to hang off Dane's shoulders and become shareholder gives him a good future in the game and other business.
The T8 business model reminds me of the early Tom Walky times, built a great biz within the game , T8 just the same.
