    I have to say as the media pix are flowing, not having Maverick here is a miss.

    I understand that it’s not designed to be made RHD so it’s not coming here, ever. So not a miss by FoA. But what a great concept.

    Small light economical practical. Hybrids are getting 50 MPG.


    Sure it may not be able to tow a 3t van up the Birdsville track. But not everyone need to do that. And if you do, then of course there’s not better vehicle than a Ranger.

    But just like a football team doesn’t need 2 full forwards it needs a full forward and a full back.

    Anyway..

    Maybe with the new electric factories it may open the opportunity, given they would be far easier for conversions. It may open the possibility of the F150 Lightning as well...one can only dream.

    Ive read somewhere they've been forced to do an AWd version too because FWD cant tow enough.

    AWD is better anyway.

    Fwd is diabolical in the wet. Especially if a car has some level of performance.
