At some point in AU3, ford decided the low coolant level switch wasn’t needed.
I am working on the assumption the engine loom connector to the sensor was altered.
My AU 3 has the insides of an AU1 which means it’s instruments are looking for the switch and the it’s absence means the coolant level icon flashes non stop.
My first preference would be to get the light to mean something but with out a connector in the bay, simply getting a sensor and cutting a hole I the expansion tank isn’t going to work.
Any ideas?
